I came there to pick up an order and I tried to show her my phone and she acted like she couldn’t read or she didn’t want to read it. Most businesses when I’m delivering DoorDash or picking up DoorDash. They want to see the name. I just had to say it to her and then she was able to grab the food, but the name was kind hard to read. I didn’t know how to pronounce it and she just had an attitude and I didn’t like that!!! She didn’t smile and she didn’t have a very friendly tone of voice

So I went here on a whim one day for dinner for my family. We got 3 different kinds of pasta bowls to go and ALL of them barely had any sauce. It was dry, boring and extremely overpriced. The cashier was nice but when you are standing at the counter you can see the kitchen and it was literally FILTHY! Especially the floor. Never. Going. Again.

Ordered chicken pesto. They forgot the parm on it. I still ate it because i was hungry. I added a side of steamed broccoli. Also forgot the parm. Maybe they were out, idk. But i felt robbed haha. 🤔🤔🤔 picture of the sad veggies. This was an order for the office. Hope others got their food done right.

Ordered the chicken Alfredo and added steak. I then mixed the food up thinking the Alfredo sauce was on the bottom? Do you see any Alfredo on here.? Its like I was eating buttered noodles for $27 dollars they got me. Wont be back. Customer service was good thats about the only good thing about this location.

I am highly disappointed in this location. I ordered a “regular” size Pad Thai and was clearly given a “small” portion in a “regular” size take-out bowl (which was not realized until I was home). On top of that, I have ordered the Pad Thai with tofu dozens of times, and on this occasion it absolutely did not taste right. It went straight in the trash as I did not know what it had been cooked in/with to make it taste that way. Ultimately, I completed the feedback form from the company and indicated that I wished to be contacted by a representative to discuss my experience, and no one reached out. Extremely disappointed.
